How do I pay my rent?

There are a few ways to pay rent.

1. Online is the best option. Log into your tenant portal and you can make a one-time payment or setup recurring payments.
2. Retail cash is an easy way to pay with cash. Just shoot us a task and we can get you setup. You can pay at many retail stores for a small fee. This is a privilege that will be revoked if the tenant makes a partial payment after the first of the month. Only full payments should be made with retail cash, otherwise the ability to make retail cash payments will be removed.
3. Mail is old school, but still works. Your payment will be processed the day it is received, not the day it is postmarked. So, please keep that in mind when mailing, if you are mailing on the last day of the month, it will likely not arrive until the second of the following month.
4. Drop it off at the office, we have a 24 hour drop slot that you can drop off your payment. All payments must be made with money order or cashier check, no cash will be accepted. All money orders must be made out to 1907 Property Management, do not leave the money orders that aren’t filled out. Also, please keep your receipts for your money order and cashiers check. 1907 isn’t responsible for the money until an emailed receipt has been sent. All payments must be for the full balance owed, any partial payments will be returned to the tenant.

No partial payments will be accepted, the full balance must be paid.
