CEO
Brian is a true Oklahoman whose family roots date back over a century in Oklahoma. Investments and real estate have always been his passion. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, then earned an MBA specializing in Finance from Oklahoma City University. Brian has worked in property management since 2014 and founded 1907 Property Management in 2021, and he owns several residential and commercial properties himself — personal experience he puts to work maximizing your investment return.
Malarie Parkins
COO
Malarie grew up in northwestern Oklahoma and came to the metro for college, where she found her passion for history while pursuing her bachelor's degree at UCO. Real estate had always interested her, and she eventually chose to pursue that long-time dream. As COO and Property Manager, she ensures every investment is well cared for and that tenants remain her main priority.
Josiah Burns
Business Development Manager
Josiah brings a lifelong passion for real estate to the 1907 team — his family has been active in the industry since 2003. A 2024 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a strong sales background, Josiah focuses on helping new owners maximize the value of their investments through thorough market analysis and strategic planning, treating every client's asset as if it were his own.
