Notice of Intent to Vacate

Property Condition
Before you return the keys for your property, please take care of the following:

Rental Cleaning: Cleaning your rental home before moving out is essential to ensure you get your security deposit back and leave the property in good condition. Start by decluttering and packing your belongings, so you have a clear space to clean. Clean from top to bottom, beginning with dusting ceilings and light fixtures, then wiping down walls, doors, and baseboards. Scrub the kitchen, including appliances, countertops, and cabinets. Don't forget to clean the bathroom thoroughly, addressing tiles, fixtures, and the toilet. Vacuum and mop all floors, and pay attention to carpets and any stains.

Repairs: Please inspecting the walls for scuffs, nail holes, or any damage. Examine the floors for scratches, stains, or loose tiles. Check all doors and windows for proper operation and look for missing or damaged hardware.

Security Deposit
We will perform a final inspection after you move out, checking for any damage left behind. If we identify any issues, we will schedule repair visits. The expenses for these repairs will be deducted from your deposit.

If you have unpaid fees on your account, those may also be deducted from the deposit.

Remember, you cannot use your deposit to cover your last rent payment. Failure to pay your rent will result in legal action, adverse credit reporting.
