Ways to Pay Rent
Online is the best option — log into your tenant portal to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
Retail cash is available at many retail stores for a small fee; submit a task through your portal to get set up. Only full payments may be made this way.
Mail still works — your payment is processed the day it's received, not the day it's postmarked, so mail early if you're paying near the end of the month.
Drop-off is available at our office 24/7 via a secure drop slot. All drop-off payments must be a money order or cashier's check made out to 1907 Property Management — no cash. Keep your receipt; we aren't responsible for the payment until you've received an emailed confirmation.
No partial payments are accepted — the full balance must be paid.
