How long does it take for my security deposit to be returned?

We process the unit as soon as the tenant moves out, but the security deposit is processed between 30 and 45 days after move-out to ensure that nothing was missed during the move-out. Please ensure that you have provided your forwarding address so we can get you the check. The check will be made payable to all tenants on the lease, if you would like the check split a certain way, please let us know at move-out.
