How long does the application take?

Our goal is to process applications ASAP. The best way to expedite your application is to fully submit your application, with all documents uploaded as original PDF documents, not screenshots from your phone. Each adult will need to fully submit an application for the application to proceed. Once a full application has been received it will take 24-48 hours to process the application. The biggest delay is from your current/previous landlord to submit back their landlord verification.
