What are the requirements to be approved for a rental?
All occupants over 18 must submit an application. Total gross income must be 3x or greater than monthly rent, and applicants need their four most recent pay stubs. We also require no foreclosures, no evictions or rental collections in the past 5 years, and no bankruptcy in the past 5 years from the discharge date. Credit scores of 550–624 require an additional $50/month; scores over 625 result in a regular deposit.
