21-Day Leasing Guarantee
If your home isn't leased within 21 days of the day it's rent-ready, you get two months of property management free.
The terms
- The 21 days start the day your home is rent-ready.
- If it isn't leased by the end of day 21, you receive two months of free management: no $79 base fee and no monthly management percentage for two months.
- Included on every plan: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Questions about the 21-Day Leasing Guarantee
When does the 21-day clock start?
On the day your home is rent-ready, not the day you sign with us. That way the time spent on repairs or a make-ready doesn't count against the guarantee.
What do I get if my home isn't leased in 21 days?
Two months of free property management. We waive the whole monthly fee for those two months, both the $79 base fee and the management percentage.
Which plans include the 21-Day Leasing Guarantee?
All of them. Bronze, Silver, and Gold all include it.

Lease Break Guarantee
If a tenant breaks their lease, we find your next tenant without charging a new tenant placement fee.
The terms
- If a tenant breaks the lease, there's no tenant placement fee to re-lease your home.
- The guarantee applies unless the lease is broken within 90 days of its scheduled end date.
- There are no other exclusions.
- Included on every plan: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Questions about the Lease Break Guarantee
What does the Lease Break Guarantee cover?
If a tenant breaks their lease, we market the home and place a new tenant without charging you a tenant placement fee.
Are there any exclusions?
Just one: it doesn't apply when the lease is broken within 90 days of its scheduled end date. There are no other exclusions.

Contract Buyout Program
Ready to leave your current property manager but stuck with a cancellation fee? We'll cover it, up to $500.
The terms
- We cover your current property manager's cancellation fee, up to $500.
- We pay it upfront, directly to your current management company.
- You sign a 12-month management agreement with 1907 Property Management.
- Included on every plan: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
