Can I rent out my house when I PCS?
Yes. Many service members keep their home and rent it out. We can lease it while you're still living there or after you've moved, and manage it for as long as you're away.
Can you lease my home before I leave?
Yes. We can market the home and line up a tenant on your timeline, so it's leased close to your move-out date.
How do I manage my rental from another duty station or overseas?
Through our 24/7 owner portal, direct deposit, and monthly statements. We handle the tenants, rent, repairs, and inspections locally.
What is the 21-Day Leasing Guarantee?

Can a tenant end the lease early because of military orders?
Yes. Under the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, a service member tenant who receives PCS orders or deployment orders of 90 days or more can end a residential lease with written notice and a copy of the orders, and the landlord can't charge an early-termination fee. We plan for it, and our Lease Break Guarantee means there's no new placement fee to re-lease your home, unless the lease ends within 90 days of its scheduled end date.
