What is 1907's above-ground pool policy?
Tenants must receive written approval from 1907PM before installing any above-ground pool, and must provide proof of tenant insurance with at least $500,000 in liability coverage. Approval will not be granted where an HOA prohibits above-ground pools. Approved pools must be placed in a fully fenced backyard only, sized no more than 33% of the backyard, and require an additional $1,000 security deposit to cover potential removal and yard restoration at move-out.
