Is the Resident Benefit Package required?
Every 1907 lease requires proof of renter's insurance. If you provide your own qualifying third-party policy — uploaded to your tenant portal and kept current — the Resident Benefit Package itself is optional. If you don't have a policy in place, the Bronze package is automatically added to your account so you're always covered.
What's the difference between Bronze, Silver, and Gold?
