Information on this site

Content on this site is general information about property management in the Oklahoma City area. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it may change without notice. Pricing and policies in a signed management agreement control over anything on this site.

Free rent estimates

Rent estimates are generated from rental statistics licensed from Rentometer, Inc. ("Rentometer"). An estimate is an approximation based on comparable listings. It is not an appraisal, a guarantee of rent, or an offer to rent or manage any property. Actual rent depends on the property's condition, features, location, timing, and the market.

You may use an estimate only to evaluate your own property or a property you are considering. You may not:

  • copy, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise share the rental statistics or estimates with third parties, except with your own advisors for that evaluation;
  • use the estimator, or any data from it, to build or supplement a database, product, or service;
  • access the estimator with bots, scripts, or other automated means, or try to get around its limits; or
  • remove or obscure any attribution to Rentometer.

Rentometer and its data providers make no warranties about the rental statistics, and neither do we.

When you request an estimate or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about your property by phone, text, or email, as described in our privacy policy. You can opt out at any time.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and its tools are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, 1907 Property Management is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the estimator, or any decision made in reliance on them.
