Yes. You'll need to upload proof of renter's insurance (a Certificate of Insurance naming 1907 Property Management as an additional interest) before move-in. If you don't have a policy in place by 5 days before your move-in date, you'll automatically be enrolled in our Resident Benefit Package instead, which satisfies this requirement for you.
